1pm - 5pm

Packages and fees (details below) include practice balls for the range (show up early), 18 holes of golf, cart, and banquet. Shotgun start. Scramble format with teams of 4.

Prizes

Banquet 6pm - 8pm

Axel's at Prestwick will offer a delicious buffet-style banquet

Dance 8pm - 10pm

If you would like to sponsor this year, but only attend the silent auction and banquet/dance and not play in the golf tournament, please choose one of the following packages:

Supporter Package $215 Banquet included for up to two guests.
$40 per guest attending banquet/dance & silent auction (no golf)

Open Cities Health Center (OCHC) offers comprehensive health care to all individuals and families. Medical services include pediatrics, obstetrics, and gynecology, family planning, adult care, geriatrics and internal medicine with specialists in dermatology, ophthalmology, chiropractic and podiatry.

OCHC provides outreach and education through its Community Health Connection program to address major health care issues, particularly cancer, depression, diabetes, heart disease and infant mortality.

William J. Skally suported many causes and was particularly dedicated to Open Cities Health Center, a nonprofit community health clinic, where he served on the Board for 13 years, six as chairman.
